My name is Abbie Burton and I am a sophomore at Providence High School in Charlotte, NC. This fall season I played in both midfield and forward positions for the Varsity team. Similar to last year, I won Rookie of the Year award (this time, for Varsity as the lone sophomore) and the fastest mile time across both teams at 5 minutes 36 seconds. I scored 5 goals during the season and led the team in steals (19)!
