I play for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds 09 ECNL team and Bishop Guilfoyle Academy High School. I've been the starting GK since my freshman year. During the offseason, I was committed to improving my vertical, so 2-3 times a week I was working on Plyo, like box jumps, agility ladders, and hurdles. I also lifted weights to improve my leg muscles. As a result, I had increased my vertical by 3 inches. I am also enrolled in extra gym classes at school for weight and strength training 5 days a week.
